AFRICA MISSION

Our Africa Mission seeks to change lives in Jesus’ name, from providing the basic daily needs of those in crisis, to contributions for large building projects and the building of churches. When disaster strikes, when the rains fail to fall, when war causes innocents to run for their lives, the Africa mission helps communities to respond quickly to dire needs.

KENYA MISSION

Our Kenya mission collects and offers desperately needed resources to improve the livelihoods of the poor in Kenya. Among our goals is to feed and provide for adopted children, and minister to AIDS sufferers. We take the Bible's gospel message to Kenyan schools and communities in the furtherance of Christ's message to minister to others in need around the world.

LOTT CAREY PARTNERSHIP

The Lott Carey Foreign Mission Convention helps churches extend their Christian witness to the ends of the earth. We seek to enlarge people's understanding of what it means to be on God's mission to the world with Christ and in the power of the Spirit. The Lott Carey movement was founded in 1897 by African-American Baptists who were committed to a substantial foreign mission thrust – especially on the African continent.

SENIORS PROGRAM

Our church values are to operate from a place of sensitivity, knowing that the process of getting older not only has its physical challenges, but its mental and emotional challenges which can be far greater. Our mission is about healing, hope and the transforming power of the Gospel through grace, compassion, empathy, commitment and readiness to serve.

OUTREACH MISSION

We strive to be a people who, in obedience, walk compassionately ministering to a needy world, trusting in the words of Jesus. We provide sustenance for local needs and global disasters, such as earthquake and flood relief.

INDIGENT MISSION

We provide assistance to people not having the means to afford basic human needs such as clean water, nutrition, health care, education, clothing and shelter. We offer counseling, resources and tools to those in need in the furtherance of Christ's command to love one another.

PRISON MISSION

We want every person to come to a personal knowledge of Christ as Savior. We take the “Good News” to those who need emotional healing and a hope and a future inside the walls of prison. Our mission involves coaching and mentoring men and women who will be released from the prison system.

EVANGELISM MINISTRY

To develop every members' desire to reach family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Deepening our relationship with Christ first, then His fruit will flow out of us. To proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to every person in our community through personal evangelism.

YOUTH SUMMER PROGRAMS

Our purpose is to offer a Christian Community that reaches out to children to instill in our youth respect, self-esteem, knowledge of God through Vacation Bible School. Ongoing education is stressed through tutoring our children in all areas.

Our church emphasizes that education is a vital ingredient in every young Christian’s life by supporting our college scholarship fund. We recognize educational accomplishments at all levels. "The mind is a terrible thing to waste."

BAPTIST CONVENTIONS

We are members of and participate in the American Baptist Convention, National Baptist Convention, New Jersey State Baptist Convention, and Middlesex Baptist Convention. These organizations were formed to provide to member Baptist churches many programs, services, sermons, Christian education, and fellowship that focuses on Education, Evangelism, and Mission.

HOSPITAL MISSION

Hospital Ministry is essentially a crisis ministry. People who are experiencing illness or injury are in crisis. The mission team enters this ministry situation with a great sensitivity to the needs of the person(s) involved, and responds to those needs with great sensitivity to the leading of the Holy Spirit. We listen and help the patient gain perspective. Additionally, we give financial support to Outlook Hospital in Summit.
